I think he's really good - especially against shotos and guile, but anything I 
say, you are just going to reply back with: 

tee hawk sux!! honda da best player in game of fighter, street!! blanka sux! 
don't play him!! Honda kills all you dumb americans!!! 

So it's pointless.

T.Hawk is ok. He can take out Shotokens like Omni said. But I don't think Guile. 
Because Guile is a lot faster at his projectile than Shotokens, so I don't think 
you will beat Guile. Also when ever you see the SuperSpark come out of T.Hawk's 
hand. You got the opponnet for some major damage. He has inviciblity on his... I 
guess... Raising Hawk, forgot the name. You know the dive, but going up instead. 
Plus it takes four Storming Hammer for a victory.
